Deposit: 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking. Proof of payment with your name and date of stay as reference to be sent to 0829344070 or e-mailed to book@thabametsifarm.co.za to prevent double bookings. Please ask for confirmation if not received after 24 hours.

Refundable deposit of R500 (all other units) and R600 for Squirrels Nest House, for key and breakages to be paid cash on arrival which will be refunded to you either on departure or within 48 hours after the unit has been checked and keys collected. (or otherwise arranged when booking)

Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 14+ days before date of arrival are free of charge.

Kindly also note the following: Gates will be locked at 8:30 pm unless otherwise arranged. Check in time into the unit is from 2 pm and check out time is 10am.  Squirrels Nest House requires a minimum of 4 adults per booking or we have the right to decline and refund you.

Minimum stay of two nights over a weekend and a minimum stay of three nights over a long weekend is required.

No music, radio systems or unnecessary noise allowed on the premises.  Unfortunately our venue is not suitable for parties as we advertise as a quiet breakaway.  Group bookings accepted if the whole venue is booked and agreed to by the owner.

Pets allowed – Bring own bedding and bowls and covers for beds and couches please. We ask that pet owners keep in consideration other guests and farm animals.
